Payment Method
- A deposit of USD 100 is required to confirm the reservation and secure the tour date. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment.
- The Company reserves the right to release any provisional reservation if the deposit payment is not received within 48 hours after the payment link has been issued.
- Tour dates are allocated on a first-paid basis. If multiple booking requests are received for the same date, priority will be given to the guest whose deposit payment is received first.
- The remaining balance shall be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the tour date.
- Payment may be made either by credit card via Stripe or by Wise transfer.
If the Client requests the booking of buses, reserved train seats, accommodations, or other services requiring advance payment, the Client shall pay the necessary deposit and applicable service charges at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation.
Delays in payment may result in the loss of reservations. The Company cannot guarantee any reservation without timely payment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for your understanding of the following cancellation terms:
- More than 7 days before the tour: No additional cancellation fee. The deposit (USD 100) remains non-refundable.
- 1–7 days before the tour: 70% of the total tour fee
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total tour fee
Any payments already received will be applied toward the applicable cancellation fee. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.
Costs Incurred by the Client During the Tour
The Client shall bear all costs incurred during the tour conducted under the Services, including but not limited to the following:
- Transportation expenses between the meeting place and tour destinations, including the Guide’s transportation costs, such as train, bus, taxi, private car, and similar expenses.
- Admission fees and similar charges for facilities and activities. If the Guide accompanies the Client into a facility or activity, the Client shall also bear the Guide’s admission or participation fees.
- Food and beverages. The Client shall bear all food and beverage expenses. If the Client requests the Guide to join meals, the Client shall also bear the Guide’s meal expenses.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance
The Company strongly recommends that Clients obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal injury, and loss of personal belongings.
Weather / Safety
The safety of the Client is the highest priority.
In the event of severe weather conditions, including official weather warnings, the Company will respond with flexibility and may adjust, postpone, or cancel the tour depending on safety considerations.
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety, weather, transportation conditions, or operational reasons.
Liability Limitation
The Company shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for their own physical condition and personal belongings during the tour.
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the guide fee actually paid by the Client.
